The Apollonia Lab is a workshop in Piazza Matteotti set up inside the dome, where tradition, knowledge and stories return as protagonists with printers of Romagna cloth, fishermen intent on weaving creels, ceramists and basket weavers who will accompany the public on a journey of ancient gestures, stories and manual skills, to rediscover and enhance the roots of our territory.

In the evening hours, the Apollonia Lab will become a space dedicated to young people with moments of entertainment with the DJ Evenings "Santa Apollonia Vibes" and "Space Dance Night".
